Ed98 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the ed98 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ed98 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ed98 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ed98 as the platform operator. Continued use of the ed98 platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The ed98 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ed98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account that does not comply.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active ed98 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ed98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ed98 support team immediately.
- Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
- Two-factor authentication is recommended for added account security.
- Account information must be kept up to date whenever changes occur.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the ed98 platform, you agree to comply with all stipulated rules and to use the platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate games, or carry out fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Sharing your account or allowing another person to access or use it.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of credit cards or payment details that do not belong to you.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that contradicts the stated terms and conditions.
- Engaging in any action that disrupts platform operations or negatively affects other users' experience.
- Using the ed98 platform if doing so is prohibited under your local laws.
Ed98 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, seizing balances, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ed98 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any deposit is made using a valid payment method in your own name. ed98 does not accept third-party deposits.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account in line with the processing time associated with your chosen payment method. Processing times vary — e-wallet transfers such as TNG are typically faster than traditional bank transfers.
Regarding fund withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or account name used for the original deposit.
- Ed98 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary according to the user's VIP tier.
- Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to illegal activity will be placed on hold pending investigation.
- Ed98 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the specific terms of each offer before accepting any bonus. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Ed98 Liability Limits
Ed98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other unforeseen losses.
The ed98 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty that the service will always be available without interruption, error-free, or fully meet user expectations. ed98 does not guarantee any specific outcome from use of the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ed98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Fraud, misconduct, or suspicious activity.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Use of the account by any individual under the age of 18.
- Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
If an account is closed due to a violation, ed98 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. If the closure occurs through no fault of the user, any eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ed98 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ed98 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from ed98.

The ed98 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. ed98 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of those services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ed98 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
